Same Day Teeth
For patients facing the loss of their remaining teeth or seeking an alternative to traditional full dentures, Same Day Teeth—also known as the All-on-Four technique—offers a life-changing solution.
This advanced procedure allows patients to leave the practice with a fully fixed set of teeth in just one day, avoiding the discomfort and inconvenience of temporary dentures

Precision Planning, Expert Execution
In cases where teeth cannot be saved, our team at The Old Surgery provides a streamlined, expertly coordinated approach. The process begins with a CT scan to assess bone quality and determine optimal implant placement. This digital planning ensures surgical accuracy and long-term success.
On the day of treatment:
- Any remaining teeth are gently removed
- Dr Amit Mistry, a leading expert in implant surgery, places four strategically positioned implants
- While you recover, our Clinical Dental Technician fabricates a custom acrylic bridge
- By mid-afternoon, the bridge is securely fixed to the implants—giving you a stable, natural-looking smile
This initial bridge remains in place for approximately six months while the implants integrate with the jawbone. Once healing is complete, the acrylic bridge is replaced with a final bespoke restoration, crafted with advanced materials and supported by a titanium framework for durability and aesthetics.
Why Same Day Teeth
Immediate Results
- Immediate transformation—no need for temporary dentures
- Fixed teeth that do not move, slip, or cause embarrassment
- Restores confidence, function, and facial harmony
- Ideal for patients seeking a rapid, reliable solution with expert oversight
This treatment is not suitable for patients who smoke, as smoking significantly increases the risk of implant failure.
Zygomatic Implants – Solutions for Complex Cases
For patients with severe bone loss who are not suitable for conventional implants, we offer Zygomatic Implants—a highly specialised technique that anchors implants into the cheekbone (zygoma) rather than the jaw.
This approach eliminates the need for bone grafting or sinus lift procedures and allows even the most compromised cases to benefit from fixed implant-supported teeth.
